Jacqueline Jamasji founded KatalystQ after a career spanning customer service, operations, project management, marketing and business development, where she gained first-hand insight into the human challenges that shape workplace performance.

Having worked in customer-facing, operational and people-focused roles, she understands the realities organisations navigate every day—from managing teams and resolving client escalations to balancing operational demands with business outcomes. Those experiences shaped a simple but enduring belief: technical expertise may open doors, but it is confidence, self-awareness and communication that determine how people perform, collaborate and grow.
